Job summary

HP in North America is seeking a Regional Transportation Manager to design and oversee the domestic surface transportation network across FTL, LTL, and specialty deliveries. This role leads the implementation of a new Transportation Management System (TMS) with RMS and partners with multiple carriers to optimize costs and service.

You will manage strategic carrier relationships, report on Total Customer Experience metrics, and drive data-driven decisions to meet budget goals while expanding

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong carrier management and contract negotiation experience.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and experience managing operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of HP's new TMS and coordinate with RMS.
• Design and scale FTL, IMD, and LTL networks with carriers.
• Manage LTL and white glove delivery partnerships.
• Own NA carrier relationships and lead cost-related initiatives.
• Oversee strategic carrier partnerships and GAMs.
• Own Total Customer Experience (TCE) metrics and report to leadership.
• Develop cost containment strategies across service lines.
