Cohere Inc. is seeking a Head of Non-Tech Talent to lead the recruitment strategy for G&A, GTM, Finance, Legal, and other business-critical functions.

You will build and coach a global talent team, transform hiring processes, and partner with executive stakeholders to align workforce plans with Cohere's growth. Qualifications

• 12+ years in talent acquisition with leadership of non-technical hires.
• Proven success scaling recruitment functions 10x+ during hyper-growth (e.g., 800+ employees).
• Strategic foresight to anticipate talent needs 6–12 months ahead.
• Data-driven with metrics, analytics, and evidence-based decision making.
• Strong coaching and mentoring with track record of building high-performing teams.
• Deep experience hiring for HR, Admin, Finance, Legal and other business roles in tech.
• Designing scalable, data-driven recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the non-tech talent strategy aligned with Cohere's growth plan.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of non-tech recruiters and coordinators.
• Design scalable hiring processes while upholding high-quality standards.
• Act as primary talent advisor to Talent Leads and partner with executive stakeholders.
• Elevate Cohere's employer brand for non-technical talent through campaigns.
• Establish metrics and analytics to track hiring effectiveness and ROI.
• Build diverse talent pools for Director+ roles and collaborate with sourcing.
• Collaborate with People Operations for onboarding and integration.
