Job summary

Cooper, an AI coworker for the insurance industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead in San Francisco to own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A. You will source, assess, and close exceptional candidates while shaping the hiring bar and scalable processes.

This is a true player-coach role, with potential to grow the recruiting team as the company scales. The role requires 7+ years of experience, a builder mindset, leadership skills, and comfort with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth, early-stage company.
• Experience recruiting GTM, Product, Engineering, and/or G&A.
• Built or substantially improved recruiting processes, systems, tools, or programs.

Responsibilities

• Own searches across the company, leading full-cycle recruiting from intake to closing.
• Build pipelines and close exceptional talent, including candidates not actively searching.
• Raise the hiring bar by partnering with managers and calibrating assessments.
• Assess and improve interview processes, reporting, workflows, automation, and tooling.
• Build and develop a high-performing recruiting team as the company scales.
