Cohere is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a creative, high-performing G&A Talent Partner to scale with a growing enterprise. You will own the full lifecycle for Legal, Finance, Marketing, and People roles, driving sourcing strategies and delivering world-class candidate experiences.

With 3–7 years in G&A recruiting, you’ll influence hiring managers, leverage data to guide decisions, and champion diversity in a fast-moving environment.

• 3–7 years of G&A full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams.
• You are a creative problem solver and thrive under pressure in a fast-growing scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for G&A functions (Legal, Finance, Marketing, People).
• Ensure candidates have a world-class recruiting experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruiting strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date talent market insights to inform decisions.
• Track recruiting funnels in Ashby and report progress regularly.
• Source proactively to optimize top of funnel and build diverse pipelines.
• Build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities.
• Attend conferences and plan curated networking events.
