ProMach is seeking a Director of Engineering – New Product Development to lead an engineering team, set technical strategy, and ensure projects align with business goals. The role focuses on developing new product lines while sustaining legacy ones, reporting to the General Manager & VP.

You will recruit, mentor, and retain top engineers, drive a disciplined NPD process, and partner across functions to deliver high-impact products on time and within budget.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience developing and improving operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or Syteline ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Mansioni

• Own the new product development portfolio and lead products from discovery through launch and post-launch review.
• Develop and execute a multi-year product and technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Establish a disciplined NPD process with stage gates, criteria, ownership, and documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, customers, and other units to identify unmet needs and prioritize value opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet targets for scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
• Embed manufacturability, assembly, standardization, modularity, reliability, safety, and cost considerations early.
