Job summary

ProMach is hiring a Marketing Director to lead the Systems & Process Group marketing efforts. You will direct budgeting, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with leaders across the organization to align with ProMach and S&P Group goals, drive brand awareness, and growth.

The role requires data-driven decision-making, creativity, and strong leadership of a dispersed team. You will collaborate with the S&P marketing team, BU presidents, SVPs, GMs, sales leaders and product managers to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing management or communications and managing a team.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and support team members that remotely located.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and manage budgets.
• Proven marketing campaign experience.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead conception, development, and implementation of marketing budgets, plans, and strategies.
• Oversee marketing team including remote members across facilities.
• Plan and coordinate marketing and lead generation for direct and distributed sales channels.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects from start to finish.
• Drive continuous improvement of distributed products centralized partner resource management.
