Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Director of Engineering for its Matrix Packaging Machinery division in the United States. The role provides strategic leadership and operational direction to a multi-disciplinary engineering team responsible for developing and supporting our product lines.

You will report to the VP/GM and drive alignment between engineering strategies and business objectives while fostering a lean, innovative culture with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic engineering leadership within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong communication and alignment of departmental objectives across levels.
• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic engineering plans aligned with growth and efficiency goals.
• Provide leadership to engineering managers across product lines.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Service.
• Oversee project planning, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive innovation, cost optimization, and design improvements while ensuring safety and quality.
