Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the Marketing team for the Systems & Process Group. You will develop budgets and marketing plans and align them with business objectives, brands, and growth goals across divisions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage campaigns, and drive digital content strategy, lead generation, and market research. Strong writing, data-driven decision making, and CRM/automation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing management experience and leading a team.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation.
• Experience in digital marketing and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing budgets, plans, and strategies.
• Oversee a remotely located marketing team and facilities.
• Coordinate marketing and lead generation for multiple channels.
• Drive campaigns from concept to execution.
