ProMach, Inc. in Norwood, MA is seeking a Director of Engineering – New Product Development to lead a high‑performing team, define technology strategy, and ensure projects align with business goals.

You will own the NPD portfolio from discovery to launch, develop a multi‑year roadmap, and drive design for manufacturability, risk management, and post‑launch review. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and strong leadership are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences including subordinates, peers, senior management and suppliers.
• Experience developing and improving operational processes and driving to solve complex challenges.

Mansioni

• Own the new product development portfolio and lead products from discovery to launch.
• Develop and execute a multi-year product and technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Establish a disciplined, scalable NPD process with clear stage gates and ownership.
• Identify unmet needs and define product requirements across the business units.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet scope, schedule, quality, cost and ROI.
• Monitor milestones, development cycle time, and launch readiness; report to leadership.
