Job summary

VNS Health seeks an experienced leader to oversee network, telecom, voice, and contact center technology. You will drive architecture, operations, and modernization to deliver secure, scalable connectivity across corporate offices, regions, and cloud environments.

You will partner with Security, Cloud, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, implement AI/automation use cases, and develop teams to sustain service quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred in IT/IS/Engineering or Healthcare Admin.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to roadmap and capability planning for network, telecom, voice, and contact center tech services.
• Supports standards, guidance, and operational practices for network architecture and telecom platforms.
• Oversees modernization to improve reliability, security, and scalability across network and cloud environments.
• Leads network engineering and operations including routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.
• Ensures stable, secure connectivity across offices, regions, and remote users.
• Provides leadership for capacity planning, incident response, and performance management.
• Oversees AWS/Azure network connectivity and firewall technologies.
• Partners with Security, Cloud, and stakeholders to align with security and architecture standards.
• Oversees telecom and contact center tech like Five9, FortiVoice, IVR, and routing.
• Ensures contact center platforms are reliable, well-supported, and documented.
• Supports call flow changes, routing logic, and reporting needs.
• Manages vendor relations, escalations, and service improvement opportunities.
• Leads and coaches network & telecom teams for capability and accountability.
• Supports workforce planning and succession planning with strong collaboration.
