Job summary

Onvida Health seeks a Director of Network and Telecom to lead enterprise-wide networking and voice systems. You will guide the design, deployment, and support of HPE/Aruba-based networks and Avaya telephony, ensuring reliability, security, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

You will manage a technical team, oversee vendor relationships, and collaborate with clinical and operational units to enable digital transformation and care delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; significant years of IT infrastructure experience may substitute.
• 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience and 5+ years in leadership in network/telecom.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for enterprise network and voice infrastructure.
• Oversee budget targets and annual operating plans for network/telecom.
• Ensure service levels, staffing, and customer satisfaction across clinical and business areas.
• Lead design, deployment, and support of HPE/Aruba and Avaya systems with HIPAA compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to align IT initiatives with care delivery and digital transformation.
• Manage vendor relationships and lifecycle from negotiation to performance review.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations, quality, and governance.
