Job summary

VNS Health is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive support services across the organization. You will oversee ITSM, ServiceNow workflows, device and field support, and enterprise service delivery, aligning with security, asset management, and user experience standards.

Responsibilities include managing after-hours support, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with clinical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in IT support services or enterprise technology delivery.
• Minimum four years of management and people leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site IT support and device/fleet operations.
• Experience with outsourced service desks and vendor coordination.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with change management and project delivery.
• Healthcare/clinical support environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to roadmap and capability planning for IT support services and device support.
• Provides leadership for support operations with defined processes and governance.
• Partners with technology and business leaders to identify support needs.
• Supports modernization and continuous improvement across support operations and ServiceNow workflows.
• Oversees field, site, executive, and workplace support activities across locations.
• Monitors performance, escalations, training needs, and recurring issues.
