Job summary

BNS Networks is seeking a Senior VP & General Manager to own the P&L for the division, set the operating plan, and lead a nationwide delivery organization. The role partners with BNS Power to deliver an integrated power-plus-network offering and drive growth across data center, telecom, and enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology infrastructure with leadership of a business unit.
• 5+ years leading a division with full P&L accountability.
• Experience scaling a services business with revenue and margin growth.
• Leadership of distributed multi-site field workforce and subcontractor networks in the U.S.
• Commercial acumen: enterprise sales, MSA/SOW negotiation, pricing strategy.
• Strong executive and Board-level communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites and locations.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the BNS Networks division including revenue, gross margin, OPEX, EBITDA, and working capital.
• Set and execute annual operating plan and multi-year strategic plan in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead nationwide delivery organization of field technicians, project managers, engineers, and ITAD operations.
• Drive top-line growth across data center, telecom, and enterprise segments.
• Partner with BNS Power to sell an integrated power-plus-network proposition; identify joint pursuits.
