Omni is seeking a Manager, BDR North America in San Francisco to lead a high-growth outbound team and scale qualified pipeline.

You will coach BDRs, drive rapid growth, hire and develop top performers, and partner with Marketing to optimize campaigns for NAM markets.

This hybrid role requires 2+ years in SDR/BDR with 1+ year in leadership, plus a strong record of revenue impact in fast-growing environments.

Competenze

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR Organization with 1+ years in leadership.
• Track record of scaling outbound programs with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience with modern sales tech stack.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
