Omni is seeking a Manager, BDR North America to scale the qualified pipeline across the region and lead a high-impact team. You will partner with marketing to drive revenue-generating initiatives and build a world-class BDR function in a fast-growing company.

The role is hybrid with three days in the SF office. You will hire, coach, and develop talent, driving upmarket expansion while maintaining a results‑driven culture. Omni offers health, dental, vision, 401(k) and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a BDR/SDR organization with measurable pipeline impact.
• Proven ability to scale outbound programs and drive revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of NAM market dynamics and practices.
