Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a transformational leader to shape the future of technical project delivery.

Based in any KJ market nationwide, this senior role provides the opportunity to lead technical professionals, strengthen project delivery and client relationships, develop future leaders, and advance technical excellence across the organization while supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure solutions for communities throughout the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably in water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project delivery across Kennedy Jenks.
• Support development of Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, CAD, and I&C teams.
• Promote efficient design delivery and adherence to standards.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, environmental and technical disciplines.
• Partner with managers to align resources with business needs.
• Advance technical excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.
