Kennedy Jenks Consulting seeks a transformational leader to shape the future of its technical project delivery.

Based in any KJ market nationwide, this senior role provides the opportunity to lead technical professionals, strengthen project delivery and client relationships, and advance technical excellence across the organization while supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure solutions for communities throughout the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably within water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary技hnical Services teams and discipline leaders including Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, CAD, Architectural and Instrumentation and Controls.
• Deliver multidisciplinary projects across Kennedy Jenks.
• Promote efficient design delivery per Kennedy Jenks standards to ensure quality and compliance.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, environmental, scientific, and technical disciplines.
• Align resources with business needs with business managers and project leaders.
• Advance technical excellence, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Travel 25–50% nationwide to collaborate with clients and KJ offices.
