Qualifications

• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably within water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical professionals and strengthen project delivery and client relationships.
• Develop future leaders and advance technical excellence across the organization.
• Support multidisciplinary projects across Kennedy Jenks.
• Promote efficient design delivery and ensure compliance with Kennedy Jenks’ standards.
• Travel 25%-50% nationwide to collaborate with clients and offices.
