Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead 8–10 Operating Company restaurants within a division. You will report to a Regional VP of Operations and ensure market teams execute standards to drive Same-Restaurant-Sales and Guest Count growth.

You will coach and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers, focusing on leadership development, high-potential talent, and retention within the market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Restaurant Managers and driving sales, guest and employee satisfaction.
• Experience supporting new restaurant growth and coaching new restaurant management teams.
• Able to execute business plans for profitable Guest Count and Same-Restaurant-Sales growth.
• Able to deliver Operations Excellence.
• Willing to hold crucial conversations with leadership about guest service and employee experience.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills for developing leaders.

Responsibilities
