ProCo LLC in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Vice President of Clinic Operations to lead five healthcare service lines across 21 clinics and 3 surgery centers. You will own scheduling standards, capacity planning, and workforce deployment while partnering with the COO and CFO on budgets and growth strategies.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare operations and 5+ years leading multi-site operations, with a strong emphasis on patient access, flow, and service standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare operations.
• 5+ years leading multi-site or regional operations through layers of leaders.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/MPH/MHA or similar a plus.
• Strong experience with patient access, capacity planning, scheduling, staffing models, and standardization.
• Experience opening sites, integrating acquisitions, or scaling service lines.
• Personal injury, workers' comp, or medical-legal experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own clinic workflows, scheduling standards, and resource deployment across the network.
• Oversee patient access, capacity planning, backlogs, and referral-to-service time.
• Lead enterprise scheduling, call-center, case-management, and revenue-cycle alignment.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing, and succession planning.
• Develop care progression and standardize clinical pathways into workflows.
• Uphold patient experience standards and service recovery across clinics.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness with the compliance team.
• Drive financial performance with the COO and CFO and present monthly scorecards.
• Support growth through readiness for new clinics, services, and acquisitions.
