Job summary

Pure Infusion seeks a strategic Vice President of Clinic Operations to lead multi-site ambulatory clinics. You will manage budgets, ensure compliant operations, and guide regional directors to deliver high-quality patient care across locations.

Responsibilities include leveraging KPI data, optimizing staffing, and driving operational excellence while maintaining a patient-centered culture across Pure Infusion's network. Travel between clinics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 10+ years of multi-site operations leadership experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or healthcare operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinic and infusion center budgets and financial performance.
• Lead operational strategies and ensure compliance across sites.
• Supervise Regional Operations Directors and staff.
• Monitor KPI data and implement corrective actions.
• Schedule staff and optimize coverage across locations.
