ProCo LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks a Vice President of Clinic Operations to oversee multi-site ambulatory operations across five service lines, 21 clinics and 3 surgery centers. You will report to the COO and drive enterprise workflow standards.

This is a hands-on executive role with responsibility for capacity planning, scheduling, staffing, and performance scorecards, plus growth through new clinics and acquisitions. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in healthcare operations.
• 5+ years leading multi-site or regional operations through layers of leaders.
• Experience improving patient access, capacity planning, scheduling, staffing models.
• Experience opening sites, integrating acquisitions, or scaling service lines.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/MPA/MPH or similar a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own clinic workflows, scheduling, staffing standards across the network.
• Lead regional and clinic operations leaders; build succession bench.
• Develop enterprise templates for scheduling, call-center, case-management and revenue-cycle alignment.
• Drive capacity forecasting, patient access, and performance scorecards.
• Oversee financials with COO and CFO; manage annual operations plan.
• Lead readiness for new clinics, services, and acquisitions.
