Collaborate with product management, design, analytics, and risk teams to balance trade-offs and deliver impact in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a technical field and 8+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years managing engineers.
• Background in financial services with experience in credit and lending.
• Proficiency in machine learning, including tree-based models, transformers, deep learning, and agentic ML.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical strategy for your team, linking it to critical underwriting projects.
• Act as a force multiplier by defining and advocating technical solutions and operational processes.
