Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own fraud performance for depository products, monitoring losses, approval rates, false positives, and customer friction.
• Build and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines using DBT to standardize depository, transaction, customer, fraud, and operations data.
• Define fraud performance metrics, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks for portfolio health and risks.
• Develop fraud rules, policies, thresholds, models, and decision strategies balancing loss, UX, and growth.
