Ramp Corp. is seeking a front-line manager for a group of 6–8 CSMs, each handling ~60 activations in Ramp’s Mid Market portfolio.

You’ll standardize implementation practices, coach teams, and build scalable activation motions in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Product to drive outcomes for the segment. You will guide onboarding, optimize processes, develop leadership plans, and help Ramp refine its customer success and onboarding motion, including leveraging AI tools

Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementation, CSM or AM experience with a proven track record
• 3+ years leading implementation or CSM teams with strong goal attainment
• Prior success in fast-paced GTM environments, ideally SaaS
• Ability to translate strategy into team priorities and drive metrics
• Experience coaching on multi-product adoption, cross-sell and upsell

Responsabilités

• Set and maintain high-performing culture and morale across a group of CSMs
• Oversee daily activities and quota performance to exceed onboarding goals and CSAT
• Refine playbooks and improve efficiency by optimizing systems and processes
• Develop career plans, daily mentoring, and enablement sessions
• Act as voice of the customer and retain/expand Mid Market segment
• Build and leverage internal AI tools and Salesforce dashboards
• Report on team performance and forecast to senior leadership
• Represent the CSM team cross-functionally with leaders of other departments
