Responsibilities

• Set challenging and productive goals for the entire cross-functional team and keep them accountable.
• Strategize long and short term sales/margin growth for multiple departments.
• Develop and ensures execution of brand strategies.
• Drives product assortment strategies to deliver sales and margin forecasts.
• Present product strategy/assortment to senior leadership.
• Drive calendar to meet critical dates and hold team accountable.
• Lead weekly & monthly financial review meetings, identifying corrective action necessary to maximize sales & margin.
• Actively participate in and accountable to the financial forecast of the business, partnering with planning leads.
