Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience in product development preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and thoroughness.
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced change.

Responsibilities

• Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs.
• Maintain product information in Galaxy, Drive, and Server.
• Track photo samples and update cross functional partners.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to prep samples for reviews.
• Convey changes, materials, and samples to all teams.
• Prepare presentation boards for meetings to illustrate concepts.
• Generate notes/recaps within 24–48 hours after meetings.
• Call out issues on the web via JIRA.
• Keep sample presentation areas and swatch bay organized.
