Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Mental Wellbeing Director, Account Management to drive strategy, retention, and growth for a portfolio of large clients within the Resources for Living program.

This senior leader will guide account teams, optimize service delivery, and strengthen relationships with brokers and sponsors across complex accounts. The role demands a strong executive presence and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 7 to 9 years of experience managing large, complex self-funded clients.
• Demonstrated experience leading Account Management/Account Executive teams.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account management strategies for an assigned book of business.
• Lead client discussions regarding service delivery, performance expectations, operational issues, and process improvements.
• Identify service gaps, investigate root causes, and implement corrective action plans.
• Oversee business strategy implementation across assigned client segments.
• Analyze market and competitive trends to support pricing, underwriting, product development, service models, and sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, plan sponsors, providers, customers, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, while supporting recruitment and retention efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and remove organizational barriers that impact client outcomes.
