CVS Health is seeking a Mental Wellbeing Director of Account Management to lead strategy and execution for a portfolio of large, self-funded clients focused on Resources for Living. You will direct client discussions, service delivery, and performance improvements to drive retention and growth.

Ideal candidates have 7–9 years in account management leadership, experience with self-funded plans, and a strong executive presence to influence stakeholders. Travel 25–30% is required.

• Develop and execute account management strategies for an assigned book of business.
• Lead client discussions regarding service delivery, performance expectations, operational issues, and process improvements.
• Identify service gaps, investigate root causes, and implement corrective action plans.
• Oversee business strategy implementation across assigned client segments.
• Analyze market and competitive trends to support pricing, underwriting, product development, service models, and sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, plan sponsors, providers, customers, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, while supporting recruitment and retention efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and remove organizational barriers that impact client outcomes.
