Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Mental Wellbeing Director, Account Management to lead a portfolio of large, national self-funded clients within Aetna's Resources for Living (RFL) program. You will shape account strategy, oversee service delivery, and drive growth across client segments.

You will mentor Account Executives, engage with brokers and plan sponsors, and partner with cross-functional teams to remove barriers and improve outcomes for employers and members.

Qualifications

• 7 to 9 years of experience managing large, complex self-funded clients.
• Demonstrated experience leading Account Management/Account Executive teams.
• Ability to travel 25% - 30%.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account management strategies for an assigned book of business.
• Lead client discussions regarding service delivery, performance expectations, operational issues, and process improvements.
• Identify service gaps, investigate root causes, and implement corrective action plans.
• Oversee business strategy implementation across assigned client segments.
• Analyze market and competitive trends to support pricing, underwriting, product development, service models, and sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, plan sponsors, providers, customers, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, while supporting recruitment and retention efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and remove organizational barriers that impact client outcomes.
