Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior Mental Wellbeing Director, Account Management to lead strategy, client retention, and growth for a portfolio of large, national self-funded clients focused on the market impact of Aetna's Resources for Living (RFL) Employee Assistance Program solution.

You will mentor Account Executives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape service delivery to deliver measurable wellbeing outcomes across employers and members.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience managing large, complex self-funded clients.
• Proven ability to lead Account Management/Account Executive teams.
• Willingness to travel 25–30%.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account management strategies for an assigned book of business.
• Lead client discussions regarding service delivery, performance expectations, operational issues, and process improvements.
• Identify service gaps, investigate root causes, and implement corrective action plans.
• Oversee business strategy implementation across assigned client segments.
• Analyze market and competitive trends to support pricing, underwriting, product development, service models, and sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, plan sponsors, providers, customers, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, while supporting recruitment and retention efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and remove organizational barriers that impact client outcomes.
