CVS Health is seeking a Senior Wellbeing Consultant to enhance population health through dedicated wellness consulting for national customers. You will partner with sales and account teams to coordinate wellness programs across virtual, onsite, and hybrid environments.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate wellness, strong communication skills, and 3+ years of project management, with the ability to travel approximately 50% of the time in support of client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employer health and wellness programs.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years with corporate employee benefit programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a large national wellness program to reduce health risk and costs.
• Collaborate with wellness coaches and champions to drive goals and culture.
• Coordinate onsite, virtual and hybrid wellness events with vendors.
• Support client benefits teams by answering questions and promoting programs.
