• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).
• Travel about 50% of the time across California.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, manage, and maintain a large national corporation wellness program.
• Collaborate with wellness coaches and champions to drive goals.
• Recommend Wellness Calendar with onsite screening initiatives and events.
• Support client benefits/total rewards teams in wellness events (onsite, virtual, hybrid).
• Present CVS Health resources and programs to clients.
