Razorfish is seeking a Senior SVP, Media Strategy and Planning to unify creative, media, audience strategy, and measurement. The role serves as a senior strategic partner to clients, delivering innovative media strategies for Retail accounts.

You will share account leadership with key experts to drive media and marketing solutions. Qualifications include 15+ years in media strategy within an agency, 10+ years of staff management, and a track record of leading major client businesses.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
• 15+ years in digital and traditional media strategy, planning, and business development in an agency.
• 10+ years of staff management leading teams and setting vision.
• Proven success leading major client businesses and strategy for large accounts.
• Experience in media pitches and new business with wins.
• Experience navigating holding company and large matrixed organizations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business solutions.
• Deep experience supporting and leading Retail accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders translating challenges into actionable media strategies.
• Lead full media strategy and planning function with client teams to meet targets.
• Develop and drive strategy including media mix modeling and scenario planning.
• Lead development of communications plans translating insights into connections.
• Lead strategic planning across media performance, audience, and measurement in Retail.
• Partner with creative, data, and cross-functional teams to translate strategies into ideas.
• Champion ongoing evolution of paid strategy discipline to maintain competitive edge.
