Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, FP&A, consulting, or analytics.
• Understanding revenue drivers and GTM marketing impact.
• Hands-on AI experience building models or automating workflows.
• Proficient in financial and marketing modeling in spreadsheets.
• Experience presenting to executives and influencing decisions.
• B2B SaaS or fintech experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous problems by framing the question, defining the approach, and driving to an answer, with cross-functional partners.
• Review marketing tech stack and data flows; recommend tools to keep, replace, or consolidate for an AI-forward system.
• Be the data thought partner for the CMO by providing insights, testing assumptions, and preparing for executive and board conversations.
