The Paramount Baltimore, part of Oak View Group, is seeking a Director of Marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive attendance, revenue, brand awareness, sponsorship value, and community engagement. You will lead marketing, advertising, PR, digital media, promotions, and audience development with promoters, venue leadership, and external agencies.

The role positions the arena as a premier destination for concerts, family shows, and special events.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within arenas, stadiums, sports, live events, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sports and entertainment marketing principles.
• Experience with budgets, agencies, media buys, and analytics.

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans to achieve attendance, revenue, and brand objectives.
• Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns for concerts and events.
• Establish budgets and monitor expenditures to maximize ROI.
• Lead digital marketing strategy including website, email, social media, and ads.
• Collaborate with promoters, sponsors, and venue leadership on publicity.
• Oversee press conferences, media events, and interviews.
• Develop audience acquisition and retention strategies to grow ticket sales.
