Job summary

Civic Roundtable, an AI-powered government operations platform, is hiring a Head of Marketing to lead branding, positioning, and growth. You will shape strategy across demand generation, field marketing, and product marketing while guiding a lean team that collaborates with Sales, Product, and customer-facing teams.

You will drive campaigns, content, and thought leadership to build a differentiated market presence and help scale the business across public sector customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing at high-growth B2B software companies.
• Exemplary brand and positioning instincts with the ability to simplify complex products.
• Strong product marketing and storytelling skills to translate product momentum into campaigns.
• Deep understanding of growth through ABM, field marketing, events, partnerships, and demand generation.
• Hands-on builder who writes and edits copy, analyzes campaign performance, and works with sales and product teams.
• Comfortable with AI tools and experimentation to drive impact with a lean team.

Responsibilities

• Set the marketing strategy across brand, positioning, product marketing, growth, and field marketing.
• Translate customer stories, product launches, and proof points into campaigns, content, thought leadership, and sales materials.
• Partner with the growth marketer to identify audiences, channels, and investments to create pipeline.
• Build a differentiated field strategy through conferences, roundtables, and partnerships.
• Make marketing a true partner to sales by aligning on messaging, enablement, and campaigns.
• Define the category and voice using PR, partnerships, and creative campaigns.
