Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a strategic Head of Marketing in the United States to lead brand, demand generation, product marketing, and field events for an AI-powered platform serving government agencies.

You will own messaging, build a lean, high-impact team, partner with Sales and Product, and drive category development across government operations and AI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing leadership in high-growth B2B software environments.
• Ability to clarify complex products and evolve brand messaging in emerging markets.
• Strong experience translating customer insights into messaging, launches, and campaigns.
• Deep understanding of demand generation, ABM, field marketing, partnerships, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the brand narrative and market positioning for a new AI-powered platform for government operations.
• Lead product marketing, storytelling, campaigns, launches, and sales enablement.
• Partner with Growth Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer-facing teams to drive qualified pipeline.
• Develop and execute field marketing, conferences, and event strategies to accelerate account growth.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic accounts, messaging, and account-based campaigns.
• Drive category development and thought leadership through PR and partnerships.
• Lead and develop a lean marketing team, set priorities, and optimize processes.
