Civic Roundtable is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead its marketing function during the next growth phase. This hands-on leader will set strategy across brand, positioning, product marketing, growth, and field marketing, guiding a lean team and collaborating directly with founders, Sales, Product, and customer-facing teams.

You’ll sharpen positioning, develop major campaigns, shape event strategy, and help win strategic government deals while expanding pipeline and relationships.

Formación

• 8+ years in marketing at high-growth companies
• Exceptional brand and positioning instincts
• Strong product marketing and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of growth and demand generation
• Hands-on builder with ability to write and edit copy
• Strong people leadership and collaboration
• Startup energy with comfort in ambiguity
• AI-native mindset and tool fluency

Responsabilidades

• Own our brand and positioning — turn a complex product into a simple story
• Turn customer momentum into campaigns, content, thought leadership, and sales materials
• Set our growth strategy with ABM, field marketing, events, partnerships, and demand generation
• Build a differentiated field strategy with conferences and in-person moments
• Make marketing a true partner to sales for strategic accounts
• Build our category and voice through thought leadership, PR, partnerships
• Lead and grow the marketing team with clear priorities and coaching
