About our Company
Governments biggest challenges - homelessness, election administration, emergency response - dont get solved inside a single agency. Civic Roundtable is an AI powered government operations platform that helps public servants do exactly that. We give wide networks of agencies and partner organizations the tools to consolidate information, coordinate mission-critical work, and move faster together so the people on the frontlines of public problems have what they need to serve their communities.
Trusted by thousands of organizations across all 50 states, Civic Roundtable emerged from the Harvard Innovation Labs and is backed by General Catalyst.

Youll lead a lean team that includes a growth marketer who owns demand generation and field marketing and a marketing designer, and work directly with our founders, Sales, Product, and customer-facing teams.
Weres looking for someone who can set direction, help the team do its best work, and jump in where they can add the most leverage - whether thats sharpening our positioning, developing a major campaign, shaping our event strategy, supporting a strategic deal, or helping us understand whats actually creating pipeline.
Youll report directly to the CEO and be the senior marketing voice on the leadership team. This role can be remote, with a preference for candidates based in Boston or New York.
Turn a complex product and emerging category into a simple, compelling story about what Civic Roundtable is, why it matters, and why now.
Translate customer stories, product launches, and proof points into campaigns, content, thought leadership, and sales materials.

Work with our growth marketer and sales team to make conferences, roundtables, dinners, partnerships, and other in-person moments a powerful part of how we build relationships and grow accounts.
Work closely with our sales team on strategic accounts, messaging, enablement, and campaigns that help us open, close, and expand government relationships.

You can take something complicated and make it feel obvious, differentiated, and memorable.
Strong product marketing and storytelling skills - You know how to get close to customers and product, find the insight that matters, and turn it into messaging, launches, campaigns, and content that resonate.
You know how to build pipeline in a relationship-driven enterprise market through ABM, field marketing, events, partnerships, and demand generation.
Youre not looking to manage marketing from a distance. Youre excited to personally write and edit copy, dig into campaign performance, work in HubSpot, build a deck, shape an event, or jump into a strategic account alongside the team. You build strong partnerships across Sales, Product, and customer-facing teams.
You bring structure to ambiguity, move quickly, and are comfortable with a lean team, imperfect information, and building the process while doing the work.
You actively use and experiment with AI in your own work and are excited to help the team do the same. You look for ways to use AI, automation, analytics, and new tools to help a small team operate with outsized impact.
Youll have a competitive salary, meaningful equity, health benefits, and flexible work arrangements as part of an early-stage, fast-growing team.
Youll have an unusual amount of raw material to work with: passionate customers, hundreds of proof points and stories, strong market momentum, and a product that solves real and urgent problems.
Youll help define a new category at the intersection of government operations, collaboration, and AI - and shape how the market understands what modern government software can look like.
