Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 13 years of experience in marketing across one or more fields (growth, product marketing, or integrated marketing).
• Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve multi-layered problems and streamline workflows.
• Experience building, managing, and mentoring marketing teams across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic positioning and messaging architecture for Google Public Sector product solutions, translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Engineering, and Field Marketing to execute multi-channel GTM campaigns and product launches that build consideration and deliver pipeline targets.
• Oversee content strategy, customer experience, and executive communications for Tier 1 events like Google Public Sector Summit and Google Cloud Next.
• Serve as Editor-in-Chief across paid, earned, and owned channels, enforcing brand standards and Marketing Content Review governance.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team while advocating AI agent adoption to modernize workflows and accelerate execution velocity.
