We are seeking a Head of M&A with 6+ years in investment banking to own client materials end to end and craft AI-enhanced presentations and slide decks for live mandates. This remote role offers flexible hours and ASAP start, with compensation at $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking at director level or above.
• Own pitch books and board materials for live mandates.
• Expert PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own client materials end to end for live mandates.
• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Ensure quality control of deck outputs for pitch narratives and board materials.
