We are seeking M&A directors with 4+ years of experience to craft and refine AI-generated board and presentation materials across core deal workflows. This role is fully remote with flexible hours, ideal for self-motivated professionals in Canada seeking ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Help train AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows including board decks, target screening, synergy exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning, and pipeline materials.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality board materials on a flexible, remote schedule
