Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced financial advisory associates to train and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of M&A experience at top firms and deep expertise in structured communication and slide craftsmanship.

This fully remote, flexible engagement pays $100/hour and offers 5–20 hours per week (more if desired). Start date is ASAP; work includes creating, evaluating, and polishing client-ready decks and executive

Qualifications

3+ years total M&A experience with time as an Associate at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim).
Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, and client-ready deck production.
Develop clear, logical narratives and polished visuals for professional presentations.
Collaborate with AI lab teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality outputs.
