Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of M&A with 4+ years in corporate development to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This role is fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week, at $100/hour.

You will produce and refine board and executive committee materials for live transactions, and craft expert PowerPoint slides with meticulous written communication.

Start date ASAP; work with a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind-backed team focused on AI-enabled deal work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (board decks, target screenings, synergy exhibits, deal memos, integration plans, pipeline reviews).
• Produce high-quality, executive-facing materials for live transactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity and timeliness of deliverables
