We are looking for heads of M&A with 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships to train our language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks, including board decks, target screens, and integration planning

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop board approval decks, target screening materials, synergy analyses, and integration planning exhibits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality materials on schedule.
