Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced head of M&A to help train AI-driven presentation workflows and craft high-quality slide decks. This remote, US-based role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start.

You will drive acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships, creating board-ready materials and guiding AI-generated slides for core deal workflows. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A, plus expert PowerPoint skills and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in-house to support AI-generated presentation work.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (board decks, target screens, synergy exhibits, memos, integration planning).
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure materials meet live transaction needs and high standards of clarity.
