Wrist Aficionado, a growing luxury brand, is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team in New York. You will drive performance, set KPIs, analyze reports, and report directly to ownership, ensuring an elevated client experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of retail leadership in luxury watches, deep knowledge of major brands and the secondary market, and the ability to coach a high-performing team while maintaining brand standards.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience managing a sales team.
• Luxury watches experience with knowledge of major brands and secondary market.
• Proven ability to set and hit KPIs and sales targets.
• Comfortable with sales reporting, data analysis, and CRM systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Set, monitor, and manage individual and team KPIs and sales goals.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Report performance, trends, and opportunities directly to ownership.
• Hold team members accountable through regular performance reviews and feedback.
• Develop client relationships and support high-value transactions.
• Ensure a consistently elevated client experience in line with our brand standards.
• Oversee sales processes, CRM use, and pipeline management.
