Job summary

Watchfinder in New York is seeking a Boutique Leader to support the Boutique Manager, drive sales, and deliver a premium client experience across our luxury watches. You will lead the team on the shop floor, ensure excellent client service, and uphold brand standards within a Richemont-backed luxury environment.

You will monitor KPIs, coach colleagues, and handle high-value transactions while collaborating with Purchasing and Merchandising to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or developing a retail sales team.
• Proven ability to drive sales against targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and coach in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer relationship management and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales and achieving commercial objectives.
• Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion, AOV, traffic, and appointments.
• Identify performance opportunities and propose actionable improvements.
• Lead on the shop floor, engaging clients and aiding the team in conversions.
• Support negotiations, high-value transactions, and key client relationships.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Merchandising and other internal teams to maximize opportunities.
