Hermès Madison Flagship Boutique in New York seeks an Assistant Manager, Fine Jewelry/Watches to partner with the Floor Director and Senior Floor Director in driving sales, coaching staff, and delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will supervise daily operations, model Hermès service standards, and leverage CRM to develop relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Cegid and E-time.
• Ability to learn POS and payroll systems and troubleshoot.
• Ability to translate sales data into business recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong client focus.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of staff and coaching to achieve sales objectives.
• Model exceptional service and Hermès spirit on the sales floor.
• Identify sales opportunities via weekly métier reviews and follow-up with staff goals.
• Contribute to monthly touch-base meetings and annual performance evaluations.
• Communicate CRM standards and ensure associate compliance; maximize client data capture.
• Monitor scheduling, attendance, and HR-related records.
• Organize seasonal training and ensure integration into client conversations.
• Recruiting and interviewing to fill open positions.
• Make critical client decisions during leadership visits.
